In-person sessions take place at my practice in central Rotorua, however Ruka Creative Therapy is committed to making art therapy accessible, so if the location or cost is a barrier for you, please let me know and we can work something out.

In-person art therapy that focuses on your specific needs. Available through a range of funding streams.
Individual Art Therapy
$180
1:1 art therapy via online video call. This is a great option if you can't make it into town, and I offer basic art supplies available for purchase (see "Resources" tab).
Telehealth
$120
A supportive space for you to express emotions creatively and connect with other people who understand your experiences.

Consulting and professional development for organisations working with vulnerable people (schools, mental health workers, etc.)
Availability
To schedule a session, please send me a message. Sessions are usually 1 hour and I have a variety of times from Tuesday-Saturday.
Cost and uncertainty are major barriers to starting therapy. With your first session at half price, you can see if art therapy suits you without blowing your budget.

Funding
If you have a case worker with WINZ, Victim Support, or another such agency, please let them know you are interested in working with me. A number of sessions may be funded for you.
