In-person sessions take place at my practice in central Rotorua, however Ruka Creative Therapy is committed to making art therapy accessible, so if the location or cost is a barrier for you, please let me know and we can work something out.

In-person art therapy that focuses on your specific needs. Available through a range of funding streams.
Individual Art Therapy

1:1 art therapy via online video call. This is a great option if you can't make it into town, and I offer basic art supplies available for purchase (see "Resources" tab).
Telehealth
$120
A supportive space for you to express emotions creatively and connect with other people who understand your experiences.

Availability
To schedule a session, please send me a message. Sessions are usually 1 hour and I have a variety of times from Monday-Saturday

While my main office is based in a Rotorua, I understand that there may be issues getting to it.
Whether you live outside of Rotorua, or you're local but have challenges with stairs, let me know and I'm happy to arrange a temporary space where we can work.
